Ok, for all our readers who have been asking about when our next coupon class open to the public will be, get excited because its almost here! Our next class is open to anyone in the community who wishes to attend. Here are the details:
Who: Anyone who wants to learn how to coupon!
What: Beginner Coupon Class
When: Thursday, November 11th at 7:00pm (usually classes last an hour and a half to 2 hours)
Where: Mebane Arts and Community Center ::directions here::
How much: Cost is $10 per person
So what will this class be like?
We will teach you the "language" of couponing, the most efficient way to organize your coupons, and the ins and outs of all the stores. By the end of the class you should be able to cut your grocery budget in half or more!
What is the $10 for?
You will get a book of information that is yours to keep. You will get to cut as many coupons as you want. And you get to keep all the knowledge we can pass on to you!! Plus there will be refreshments and giveaways.
Even if I'm an experienced couponer, will I learn anything at this class?
We've had ladies who have been couponing for years, leave our class and say that it was worth the $10 they paid because they learned something new. If you're one of those ladies, feel free to comment in the comments section so others can see that its an evening chock full of information!
Don't forget to bring a pair of scissors and a friend.
Please RSVP to apennyfilledpantry@gmail.com to let us know if you will be attending. We ask that you do this so we are adequately prepared with materials and refreshments! (We wouldn't want to run out of snacks because what's a party with no goodies!?)
Thanks for the class...it was fun, and very informative. I have been using coupons for awhile, but learned things I didn't know. My goal is to be one of those people who walk out of the store with paying less than $1 for my groceries. Can't wait for the next class!
